I just ordered myself a copy of the above publication from the 'Wildering' blog. It's called 'Kook' and it looks real interesting. I'll write a full report when it lands on the door mat, but in the meantime I suggest you have a look around on the site. I just had a quick-ish look and it comes across as an intelligent, thought-provoking take on modern surfing. Nice.
