Remember that TV series from a few years back called 'Faking It'? The premise being that Channel 4 take an average Joe and set them the challenge of becoming proficient in something loosely related to their everyday occupation in just four measly weeks? Well in case it was missed or forgotten, in one notable episode, they take a London-based, über-geek web-designer and attempt to have him forcibly turned into a stoked-to-the-max, spray-tanned hardcore surfer dude (errrm!).
Presumably it was 'web-design' and 'surfing'-the-internet that was the questionable occupational link. Yeah well, however infeasible it may seem, Guts Griffiths and James Hendy do their upmost (whilst unashamedly ripping the piss out of the chap in question) to make it happen...
... and of course it doesn't. But joy of joys, it's up on 4OD for your enjoyment, and you can see it here!
But be warned. The character from the acting school will make you want to gouge out your eyes.
